Since visiting in December for a pop in, to coming in to order the ring with you, we could not have chosen a better place to shop for an engagement ring, the staff and service are amazing, all so down to earth, no pressure but equally extremely attentive and supportive every step of the way. Sara is a gem and looked after me from start to finish, my Fiancee is absolutely in love with the ring, will not hesitate to use Wongs in the future for the wedding bands.

I visited this morning to have my wedding ring resized. I was met by a lovely young lady, Danielle, who couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. She sat me down, chatted while she took my details, measured the ring and found the right size for me in minutes. The price was less than I expected, but the clincher was when I explained that I don't often come into town, and I was short on time, and asked how long it would take. Danielle popped out to the workshop to ask and came back four minutes later with the ring resized. She then asked if I could spare half an hour while they dressed and polished the ring rather than come back on another day, which I was happy to do. Danielle even offered to get me a coffee while I waited, but I had a couple of other errands so I went off and returned 30 minutes later. The ring was ready and looks stunning. This is a heavy ring, made by Wong's from my original wedding ring and two others I had, it now fits beautifully, after not being able to wear it for a few years because of arthritis. My wife and I celebrate our golden wedding next year and have decided to buy each other matching rings, we will be going back to Wong's for those.

The service from when I first went in to when I collected was exceptional. The first assistant listened to what I wanted and I have to admit I was a bit nervous collecting my jewellery but I didn’t need to worry as it was exactly what I asked for and I am thrilled with it . Three unused bangles merged into one

I’d never been to Wongs jewellers before January this year, and now I’d go nowhere else. The quality of the jewellery is impeccable and the service goes above and beyond in all aspects. Charlie is an absolutely gorgeous soul who puts her heart into everything she does and puts the customer first. She is knowledgeable and able to offer excellent advice. I’m so glad she’s helped us to get the engagement ring of my dreams! My wife and I had made our wedding bands for each other at a weekend workshop down South and whilst it was a nice idea, the quality of the rings wasn't great at all. I had taken my ring to be trimmed down and polished a couple of years ago and Wongs did a genuinely amazing job for a great price. I went from having doubts about my ring as the fit wasn't comfortable to me loving it. Well this time it was my wife's ring. From Ganesh taking my call to their colleague greeting me at the store, to Max the jeweller/craftsperson, the service was faultless, high standard whilst being made welcome and looked after. The ring came back transformed, again at a reasonable price and I was truly made up. I don't write many reviews but credit where it's due. I couldn't recommend Wongs more for the quality, professionalism and great value. I wanted the ring refurbed for our wedding anniversary next week and they have given me a lovely surprise to present to my wife. Thank you Wongs 🙏🌟

I called into Wongs just to find out what my options were and I was lucky enough to speak to the delightful Zara She is so lovely, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. She guided me until I found my dream ring. I picked it up today and I’m so happy and so glad that I went to the experts. I cannot express how grateful I am to Zara, she really is amazing. I’ve decided to have my wedding and engagement rings resized and I cannot wait to see how they turn out. Thank you Zara from the bottom of my heart xxx Edit: I returned today to collect my resized rings, I am so happy with them, they look as new as the day I got them over 30 years ago. Today we were met and greeted by Sara, she was so lovely and welcoming. Again nothing was too much trouble and she was as excited as me to see the rings. This really is such a lovely jewellers, I was once again made to feel like the most important customer who ever walked through the door. Sara is a senior staff member and after meeting her today I can see why the newer staff are so well trained in giving each customer a brilliant experience. I’m so happy with all my rings.
