Delivery Information
- Regions Covered: We deliver to all of Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. (We do not currently ship internationally.)
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 3 PM (Mon–Fri) with in-stock items are dispatched the same day.
- Courier & Insurance: We use trusted courier services and insure every order for your peace of mind.
- Specific Date Requests: Need it by a certain day? Call us on 0151 236 1552 or email accounts@wongsjewellers.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
- Christmas Deliveries: For guaranteed Christmas delivery, place your order by 21st December (UK orders only).
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with any certificates or accessories.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Custom-made (bespoke & remodeled) or personalised items are also ineligible for return unless faulty.
- Refunds & Exchanges: Choose between a full refund (excluding shipping), an exchange, or a store credit voucher. Return shipping is not covered.
- How to Return: Contact us at accounts@wongsjewellers.co.uk or call 0151 236 1552. We'll provide return instructions and address details. Local customers may return in-store.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of receiving the returned item.

Diamond Certification
We offer independent diamond certification (e.g. GIA or IGI) for many of our diamonds. Each certificate outlines the diamond's quality and confirms it is conflict-free, in line with the UN's Kimberley Process.
Gift Vouchers
Not sure what to choose? A Wongs gift voucher makes the perfect gift. Physical gift vouchers are available in-store only, they let your loved one choose something they truly adore from our current ranges and can be put towards our workshop services. Our online only gift vouchers can be purchased here on our website but can only be used on this website and not in-store.
Cleaning, Polishing & Valuations
Free Cleaning Service
Bring your Wongs jewellery in anytime for a complimentary clean. We'll also check your stones are secure and advise on any maintenance. We recommend a clean and inspection every 12 months to ensure your guarantee remains valid.
Valuations
We currently provide valuations on pieces of jewellery that have been purchased or created by Wongs Jewellers. We recommend having items re-valued every 2-3 years to ensure they are aligned with precious metal and diamond/gemstone values.
