During these most unusual times, we want you and your families to feel confident shopping with us and rest assured, that we have your safety and the safety of our team at heart. We continue to follow all guidance issued by Public Health England and are reacting quickly to changes when needs be.

Here are some of the precautionary measures in place for the safety of all –

- All of our team have temperature checks at the start of shift

- All members of the team are following the 2m rule when possible

- Face Coverings are worn in store by all team members, we will provide these complimentary should you need one in-store

- Hand Sanitizer is readily available throughout the store for your convenience.

- We have a state-of-the-art UV Steriliser for all jewellery to be safety cleaned after every consultation

- All serving areas have been socially distanced and are cleaned thoroughly between clients

We are also operating an appointment system to ensure we can keep numbers in store to the required levels.

Our Sales Executives are on hand and available for both in-store, telephone and virtual consultations at your convenience. Our friendly experts will guide you through the process, offering helpful advice selecting that special gift.

Once you have selected the perfect piece, we will package it beautifully and securely deliver it at your convenience, or of course, you can collect it from our Liverpool City Centre showroom.
