Your journey starts with a one-to-one consultation in our showroom. This is where we get to know you, your style, and your story and present you with a rough quote. You might come to us with a clear vision, or perhaps you need inspiration - we’re here to help either way.
Step 2 - The Design
Turning Ideas into Reality
Our expert designers will translate your vision into detailed sketches and, if required, realistic 3D CAD renders. This allows you to see exactly how your piece will look before it’s made. If we've sourced gems or diamonds for you, we'll look at them together to select the best option.
Step 3 - Production
Crafting Your Masterpiece
Once you’ve approved the final design, chosen your stones agreed to your personalised quote, our master jewellers get to work, using traditional craftsmanship alongside modern technology to bring your piece to life. We'll keep you updated along the way!
Step 4 - Collection
The Big Reveal
Now for the most exciting part - your brand new bespoke jewellery is ready! We’ll invite you back to our showroom for a personal unveiling, where you can try on your new piece and admire every detail.
