At Wongs Jewellers, we believe in more than just beautiful jewellery - we believe in giving back to our community. As a family business with a big heart, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact through the causes we support, both locally and beyond. With over £250,000 raised in the last decade, some charities are close to us through personal experiences, while others inspire us with their incredible work. No matter the cause, our passion for making a difference remains the same.

Our Commitment

Giving back is at the heart of Wongs. We support causes that have touched our lives and inspire us and even give back to the local community where we can. We are proud to be Liverpudlian and carry forward the city's spirit of generosity, kindness, and community.

How We Help

  • Fundraising & Donations - Hosting events, raffles, and campaigns to raise vital funds.
  • Special Collections - Designing and selling exclusive pieces, with proceeds going to important causes.
  • Sponsored Events - Taking part in sponsored marathons and walks, skydives, charity balls, and community initiatives.
  • Employee Involvement - Encouraging our team to support charities through volunteering and fundraising.

Supporting Alder Hey

We’re proud to support Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, raising funds through charity events and special collections to help with their life-saving work. It’s a cause close to our hearts, and we’re committed to continuing our support for the children and families who rely on their care. Over the years Wongs has raised over £120,000 for this incredible charity as well as designing and creating the iconic Oli Jewellery Collection which can still be purchased from Alder Hey.

Supporting Clatterbridge

The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity supports local cancer care through technology, research, and patient support. Wongs team members Jenny and Tracey, both cancer survivors, created ‘The Journey’ pendant to raise funds for the charity. The design symbolizes the individual’s journey and their support network. This Pendant is available to purchase here, with proceeds from every sale going to the charity.

Supporting Liverpool Womens Hospital

Wongs is proud to support Liverpool Women’s Hospital through various initiatives. In 2024 participated in their Strictly event, providing cleaning, piercing as well donating a pair of diamond earrings which we raffled off. Over £75,000 during this event due to efforts by all involved. Our collaboration with LWH continues, and we look forward to participating in more events to help make a positive impact.

Campaigns with heart

At Wongs Jewellers, every marketing campaign we run supports a meaningful cause. For example, our Year of the Bride campaign partners with Healing Little Hearts, a charity providing life-saving surgeries to children in need. Through this collaboration, we aim to raise awareness and support for their vital work, combining our love for jewellery with a commitment to making a difference.
