As a family-run business for over 45 years we know quality is absolutely paramount. We are very confident you will be extremely satisified in the craftmanship from our award-winning workshop.

We offer guarantees from purchase for a lifetime* on ‘special orders’ (bespoke pieces we have created from your specifications) and wedding & engagement rings. We also offer 10 year guarantees on remodels, 2 year guarantees on silver and 12 month guarantees on any repairs (any piece you’ve brought to us with something you’d like us to correct).

*To keep your lifetime guarantee active, we kindly ask that you book your ring in regularly for cleaning and check-ups. Our lifetime guarantee is a commitment to the craftsmanship of your piece, and like any fine piece of jewellery, it requires ongoing care and attention from its owner. Think of it like servicing a car or a luxury watch - regular maintenance is essential to keep it looking beautiful and performing as it should. Please note that the guarantee does not cover repairs required due to accidental damage. Each item will be assessed on an individual basis.

COMPLIMENTARY CLEANING AND CARE

Our guarantee includes complimentary cleans on all engagement and wedding rings purchased from us, as well as a complimentary first resize. To arrange your complimentary clean or resize book an appointment with one of our experts who will liaise with our workshop to bring the sparkle and shine back to your ring and ensure the perfect fit for you.

We encourage you to book in for regular cleans, polishes and inspections in order to prolong the life of your jewellery. These are stipulated in our Terms & Conditions.
