It starts with a consultation with our expert staff who will talk through your ideas and options. They’ll be able to share their wealth of knowledge on gemstones, settings and precious metals that can bring your design to life.
Design
Your idea will then be translated into a full visual design that reflects your vision so you can get a preview of your custom made piece of jewellery.
Create
Once you are happy and have approved the design, it will then be brought to life by our expert Goldsmiths in our in-store workshop. The time it will take to lovingly hand-craft your piece will depend on the complexity of your design, but we’re confident that you’ll truly love the end result!
