Local Recognition
As a proud Liverpool business, local recognition holds a special place in our journey. Since 2015, we’ve been honoured with multiple regional awards, beginning with Best Independent Retailer from The Liverpool BID Company — a title we’ve proudly earned more than once. We’ve also received accolades from Echo Retail, including Manager of the Year for Cynthia’s outstanding leadership, and an award for our impactful visual merchandising. Most recently, in 2024, we were named Retail Business of the Year at the Merseyside Independent Business Awards by Morecrofts — a true testament to our continued commitment to our city and community.

We’re proud to have been recognised by respected voices within the jewellery and retail industries such as The Retail Jeweller and NAJ. These awards celebrate our commitment to pushing creative and professional boundaries, whether through exceptional product design, customer service, or business innovation. Each one reinforces our drive to continue leading with quality, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset. In 2024 we had the honour of winning three prestigious awards in one night, at two separate ceremonies!
Award Winning Craftmanship
At the heart of our workshop is Ben, our talented Workshop Manager, whose leadership and skill were nationally recognised when he was awarded Workshop Professional of the Year by the NAJ. With years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of traditional goldsmithing, and a passion for innovation, Ben sets the standard for excellence within our team. Under his guidance, we continue to deliver exceptional bespoke creations - each one crafted with care, precision, and a dedication to quality that defines Wongs Jewellers.
Team Excellence
Our people are the foundation of our success, and we’re incredibly proud of the individuals who make Wong's what it is today. From jewellery experts and goldsmiths to our creative marketing team, many of our team members have received personal recognition for their expertise. Since 2018 right up until most recently in 2024, our team has proudly received multiple Team of the Year awards from respected industry titles like Retail Jeweller and Professional Jeweller. These honours celebrate the passion, expertise, and unity that drive everything we do - both behind the scenes and on the shop floor.
Marketing Excellence
Creativity is at the core of how we connect with our customers, and our marketing achievements reflect that spirit. Since 2017, we've been proud to receive four marketing awards, beginning with a Visual Merchandising Award from Echo Retail and followed by more recent campaign wins for ‘Take Me to Wongs’ (2023), ‘Get in the Groove’ (2024), and Marketing Maestro (2024), all from Retail Jeweller. These accolades are a testament to the vision and originality of our Marketing Manager, Katie, whose creative ideas continue to shape bold, memorable campaigns that truly reflect the Wongs brand.
